High PTH

 Wow my endo is good.  I just sent him an email and within minutes he replied.  He is the one that is always waiting for me when I arrive for my appointment and spends as much time as necessary to explain everything.  I feel like I am his only patient :)
Anyway, here is what he said.  "Hmm, I do not know why it was tested anyways. It also needs to be done with a calcium and vitamin D level at the same time. I am not worried about it, but if you want to work it up more than I need to repeat the labs again. Let me know."
So that confirms that they need to be run together. I asked him if he could do that so I will get a better picture of what's going on.
