Thanks to all the posters. I now have been able to increase my protein with syntrax fuzzy navel and iced tea.

My scale was up too but I had more than a couple of bites.  Back on plan today.

settled in back at home and got my desk cleaned off.  Spent the afternoon in meetings.  TRX this evening.
