Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!   

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Phase!

My scales are up a couple of pounds.  I'm paying for the extra bites I had at the park on Saturday.....a little funnel cake, a few homemade fries, and 2 cookies. I was hoping that all the walking I did would balance it out.... .

Forgot to eat until 11 because I was just too busy.

Walked 7k in the mall, did some cleaning/organizing in my new place, walked 4k to change my license and health insurance. Today is my day off from running.

Just trying to get on track with things as life has been a turmoil this year.

Back at work today.  I need to go to the grocery store because we have nothing much to eat at my house!!

It actually taste like bread, just has a little nutty taste, but it doesn't seem to bother my pouch like regular bread does. I can't eat much of it, but it is sooo good!!Gina posted the link last week, but here it is in case you missed it.

I used the Reduced sugar peanut butter(less sugar & less calories). I also used a regular loaf pan so mine was not as big. I cut it into 24 slices so it has less calories. 2 of the 24 slices really fill me up.

I made the peanut butter bread, too.  I used a natural peanut butter that had nothing added but the peanuts but it was just too peanutty.  If I added more sweetner to it it could have been a dessert.  I did have a turkey patty sandwich with it and I couldn't fini**** all so it is very dense and the turkey patty helped  balance out the peanutty flavor.  I added mayo and it was pretty interesting.  I may try it again.  Next time I am going to try almond butter and see if it makes it milder.  I liked the way it turned out as far as looks and texture, just too much peanut flavor.  And I love peanut butter.

 Roz - could just be water... I'd think it would take more than your few bites to gain a few pounds.

B - coffee w/creamer - oh and I stopped at McDonalds after going to the DMV.  Bacon/Egg/Cheese biscuit, hash browns and yes, I ate it all.  It was supposed to only be an iced coffee - and I didn't end up getting it.  
L - a bit of leftover white chicken chili
S - I'm fighting a snacking urge - I know it's carb related.
D - IDK

Yesterday we ate out and I got plain pot roast and then didn't I take 1/2 of DGS biscuit.  I get soooo mad at myself.
