WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!
Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Phase!
My scales are up a couple of pounds. I'm paying for the extra bites I had at the park on Saturday.....a little funnel cake, a few homemade fries, and 2 cookies. I was hoping that all the walking I did would balance it out....

Walked 7k in the mall, did some cleaning/organizing in my new place, walked 4k to change my license and health insurance. Today is my day off from running.
Just trying to get on track with things as life has been a turmoil this year.
Back at work today. I need to go to the grocery store because we have nothing much to eat at my house!!

I used the Reduced sugar peanut butter(less sugar & less calories). I also used a regular loaf pan so mine was not as big. I cut it into 24 slices so it has less calories. 2 of the 24 slices really fill me up.

B - coffee w/creamer - oh and I stopped at McDonalds after going to the DMV. Bacon/Egg/Cheese biscuit, hash browns and yes, I ate it all. It was supposed to only be an iced coffee - and I didn't end up getting it.

S - I'm fighting a snacking urge - I know it's carb related.
