Weight loss has slowed to a crawl. Need to start back exercising and cut calories a bit as well as carbs.

D. Chicken casserole (homemade chicken breast, veggies, can tomato soup, herbs) with approx 1/4 cup scalloped potatoes (homemade with lite cooking cream, chicken soup mix)
Few cups of tea throughut day and night.
