S. 1/4 c low fat cottage cheese with 1/4 c sf pudding
L. 1/3 chicken chili relleno
S. Atkins bar
D. 100 cal pk almonds. 1/2 graham cracker 1T PB
S 1/2 oz pork rhines 
940 calories. 45 carbs. 57 protein

Vitamins done
Water 40 oz do far
Exercise none

Weight loss has slowed to a crawl. Need to start back exercising and cut calories a bit as well as carbs.

I'm guessing that your low protein total might have something to do your slow losing.  57g Protein isn't even the bare minimum that you should be getting.

B. protein shake

S. Cup of tea with sweeteners 

L. Green salad with slice left over roast beef, cheery toms, mixed seeds, carrot & dressing.

S. approx 15 almonds! Glass of lite milk

D. Chicken casserole (homemade chicken breast, veggies, can tomato soup, herbs) with approx 1/4 cup scalloped potatoes (homemade with lite cooking cream, chicken soup mix)

Few cups of tea throughut day and night.
