WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!

Did anyone read the Huffington Post article on "Corn Syrup in foods"? I try really hard to avoid sugar because it's my downfall. I rarely eat bars like Fiber One (one example listed), never eat yogurt with flavorings (I add my own), and was surprised they even put it in Mac and Cheese. Vitalady answered some of my questions a few years ago and she said that sugar is the only thing you can gain on. She said she never eats more than 6 grams of sugar a meal. I need to start reading labels again. I have been laxed on that.

Snack: 1 Pizza Chip (all protein)
Snack: 2 TBs. Crotons
Dinner: Chef Boyardee cheese/hamburger pizza
Protein: Syntrax Lemon Tea Protein 23g
Snack: 100 Calorie Popcorn (Maybe)
