Ticker won't update. . .anyone else?

I've refreshed and put my info in the Health Tracker, but it won't update on my ticker, and I can't get to my ticker's to edit their information. Not sure what's going on.

I used tickerfactory.com

You just log in and update then close it, refresh your screen and it should show.

I'm not sure about myfitnesspal.

I was using the ones through OH and they wouldn't update so I set up the My Fitness Pal one yesterday
