I my DS
My PB cookie recipe is below. I'm thinking of getting some Starbuck's SF syrup instead of agave (will try and go at the weekend).
one large egg
a teaspoon of baking soda
two and a bit tablespoons of almond meal/flour
a massive glug of agave nectar (about 3-4 tablespoons)
a full cup of peanut butter
two shakes of cinnamon
- Chorizo is more or less a Spanish version of salami.

I probably should use the plain one and sweeten with Splenda as I seem to be doing OK with that.

I was quite 'scared' of artificial sweetener, but got brave and have been using Splenda (and Starbuck's sweetener uses sucralose which is the same thing). I suffered with IBS pre-DS (still do a bit), so I'm pretty good at avoiding flour/rice and potato most of the time. Smallish quantities of sugar are a weakness though.
BTW for scared, please read 'scared' of bloating/gas, and this is a term I've used for many years now. DH is used to me saying that there's a food item I don't want to eat coz I'm scared of it, such as baked beans. ;-)
I'd like to push the weightloss a bit, so I think it's ahead with Starbuck's SF syrup ASAP.

Went and bought some Vits today. It's SO easy to overspend there. Did you see the new Nectar Oreo Protein Powder? Looks like the Mint Chocolate.. yummm - I didn't buy it...
Tomorrow I go see an Ortho surgeon. Seems my left shoulder is giving me fits. My Chiropractor things it's the bicept muscle - I'll get a 2nd opinion.
B - nothing, had labs drawn
S - coffee
L - 2 pieces of leftover pizza
S - stress eating - a small pkg of vanilla oreos... I felt awful when I finished eating them (not psychological, but physical)
D - some pot roast w/ketchup (couldn't find the BBQ sauce - think I packed it up and moved it to MI)

water: a little low

Is your shoulder hurting from the accident? I read you got a new bike. Did they total yours?
Vanilla Oreos? I couldn't eat more than 1 before feeling funny. I don't handle icing very well.
