Been a tad busy over the weekewit dealing with daughter who has severe depression and ran off the rails.  I've had to et her to the doctors and got her now on medication and I just hope she stays on theneeds for all our sakes.

 

B. portein mix with berries

S. 1 x slice of toast with Vegemite soread

L. Greesala lad with Alice of roast beef' cherry tomatoes, red pepper, sunflower seeds, pipeta seeds, pinenuts, and tablespoon of salad dressing.

S. half a protein bar

D. Roast beef with roast carrot, roast potatoe. My roasts are cooked in athermal cooker using steam instead a of roasting in oil.  Not quite as yummy as all the fat laden version, but it's ok.

S. Sliced cheese 30grams and 3 x rice crackers.

Love your posts and your success.
I have come back to OH and will be starting my eating
plan again. I have gained 30 lbs back and want to lose 41 to reach my goal weight of 125.
I see you are still eating protein shakes etc.
I wonder how you manage to not eat more?
I am never hungry I have learned to eat around my sleeve. What advice and meal plan advice can you give me to help me begin again, with my life time journey?
