Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Phase!

It's a foggy Sunday morning here. It makes you want to stay in bed but that's not an option this morning.  Off to Greet at Church and then off to DD's house to see if the guy who is suppose to make the hills of dirt into a level yard shows up.  He didn't even make an appearance yesterday....grrrr.  We were hoping to the grass planted tomorrow when we all have off.

I did good at the picnic last night but it was easy because the food was terrible!

My Carriage club dinner was fine. I ate ham and some salads and of course a couple of bites of dessert. It's those darm PB cookies that are going to be the death of me. Gosh they are good even straight from the freezer.

I going to ride Poppy this morning and go to zumba this afternoon. The Direct TV isn't working so maybe I can get some work done inbetween.

decaf protein coffee 33g
muffins
lemon tea 13
Chili
caribbean cooler 13
popcorn chicken
turkey sausage, kraut, green bean/tomato salad, ww french bread

I'm glad you enjoyed your dinner.  DH an I decided we aren't going to the ball picnic next year. It was terrible last year and worse this year.

I think frozen flourless PB cookies are the best when they are frozen. They aren't as dry then.

I think I have some sauerkraut in the freezer. I'm going to have to make that this week.

Sounds Good!

Today's food; (RNY pre-op)

breakfast/brunch: plain cheerios (the only cereal I like) with skim milk and a banana
afternoon protein: probably vanilla click with some skim milk, water and ice
dinner: amylu chicken burger with goat cheese and tabouleh on a foldit by flatout (my new favorite meal! This is sooooo good and filling)
dessert/snack: SF strawberry jello 123 stuff made with 2% fage instead of coolwhip

Looking at this I realize this is more milk than I usually drink. I don't actually drink milk straight and most days the only milk/lactose I get is from yogurt or cheese. But I'm planning to start adding some milk to my protein shakes to make them creamier.

For exercise either a long walk a little later or some Michael Jackson experience on the Wii.

Enjoy your milk because after you might not be able to drink it. So many seem to be lactose intolerant after surgery.  You might want to try the soy oh silk milks.

I rarely drink milk because of the calories and carbs so I take calcium supplements.
