I do so much better if I stay low carb.  I've been on Pinterest looking for low carb recipes.  I've found some great ones that I'm trying.

I made my own Almond Flour today and it was so easy.  it is a lot cheaper than ordering it already processed.

DH and I got hooked on popcorn week before last and I was making the real thing not the 100 calorie bags so ofcourse there was no control when it was not a limited size.

I think your three points are spot on.

 I needed this ! Thanks! I go to the doctor Thursday and an dreading the scale. I weigh neked right away in the am, and now I have to go at the end of the day after all that food plus clothing! Ugh
