Hey everyone! I've been lurking for a long time...just to busy to be as involved as I'd like....I just wanted to pop in and let everyone know that I invited my daughters aunt to the FB group. She is considering having WLS and is a LW just like the rest of us....She could really use everyone's expertise on the various surgeries. She's curious about recovery times, how happy people are with the decision to have WLS, don't be afraid to share with her the amount of dedication it takes too....We all know it's not the "easy way out"....it's definitely a lifestyle! I know I'd do it again....what about the rest of you? I hit 3 years in July and have maintained give or take the "monthly" 10 lbs since I was 9 months post-op....

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?
