I used the almond flour instead of the Ritz Crackers.  I used fresh spinach instead of frozen and chopped it up.  I also used the low fat cream cheese.  I used the lowest carb spaghetti sauce I could find.  I cooked them for about 25 minutes then poured the spaghetti sauce over them and sprinkled some mozerella cheese on top and baked for another 10-15 minutes.  DH said he would probably like it better without the spaghetti sauce, but of course I really liked it with the spaghetti sauce...

They were really good.
