How are you liking TRX? How many times/week are you able to participate in a class? Do you find yourself becoming stronger?

It is only offered 1x a week and it is a 6 week session.  tonight is week 4.  I do think I am getting stronger and last week, I really tried to push myself with more leans, etc.  However, I am still not sore like the other folks in class say they are.  So I don't know if I need to push more or what.  Maybe it is all the protein???  I haven't decided if I will do it again.  It is an additional fee on top of the membership and there are other free classes I might try.  One is called muscle pump and I want to go watch it or do it once before paying for TRX again.  Only problem is it is on the same nights as Zumba.  I could do it Mon when I have been doing TRX instead of Zumba anyway.  I don't think my knee is ready for Zumba 2 nights in a row.  Anyway, I have 3 more weeks to decide what is next.  There is also a phialties(sp)/yoga that I may look into also.

You may have developed some strong leg muscles from your water exercise. If your knees can do it, taking a deeper squat will work your muscles even more, as well as increasing your lean. Because of the weight training that I do, I usually don't get very sore from TRX, although, I can usually feel it, in my sides. A trainer told me, that TRX works the smaller muscles that the larger weights don't. The protein is definitely good for your muscles.

I love TRX and usually can only do the Sunday class, since I do other things during the week. TRX is a great workout for your core.

I know you're glad the French bread is gone. Don't you hate when something like that is in the house begging you to come eat it?

Please send the rain my way! We have nothing to feed the cows or horses! 400 acres is crunchy sticks, and hay prices are 200-300 a bale!  And nearly every day some ones land has caught fire. 😪Well we'll be traveling to North Dakota to get a couple cemi loads. Wish we had your rain, enjoy it.

I had hoped that Issac would go your way instead of ours.  We have gotten rain all along throughout the summer with really only on dry patch.  I know ya'll are suffering.  We were a couple of years ago and I was happy my ponies and donkeys don't need much or really good quality.  Not like feeding racehorses, LOL.  I'll swing some lizards rain comes your way.
