Tomorrow is the big day and I am very excited, but getting a bit nervous too. I did not have to do the 2 week liquid diet, but since about the 1st of July have been following the Nutritionist, recommendations and excercising 30 miuntes 5 times a week and have lost 15 pounds!

I wanted to thank you all again for the posts and advice I have been reading daily and look forward to sharing my experiences and helpful tips for the new people as well.

I should be home Friday and will be excited to join you guys on the losers bench. Swing some critters for me please!!!!

Good luck! It's both scary and exciting, but so worth it to finally reclaim your life back. I couldn't be happier with my results. And also lost 15 pounds pre surgery. Enjoy the first 3 months' after your surgery, as your weight will just "melt" off! You'll be a whole new woman by the new year!

Please keep us all updated. I am already sliding down the bench to make room for you!

take your measurements tonight for those pesky times that the scale doesn't move but you are definately getting smaller.

I am so excited for you! Please let us all know how things are going. Congratulations on losing 15 pounds on your own. I have managed to lose 6 so far. Still have one more visit with the nutritionist and then will wait PATIENTLY for a date.
