Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!   

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Phase!

YES>>>>The weekend is almost here!   I can see a corner of my desk now!  I have a client in 20 minutes so thought I had better get this posted because it might be afternoon before I get a few extra minutes.

Snack:   100 Calorie Popcorn (Maybe)

crazy morning here.  I totally forgot to do payroll last night so I had to hurry and do it this morning.  the cleaning lady was here, staff and client came by plus a guardian and the phone was ringing off the hook.  I just wanted to go drive a pony.  Finally got to when everyone cleared out. 

decaf protein coffee  33g

My tomatoes are about gone and I am really going to miss them.  but I put broccali, spinach, lettuce, kale and collards in the other day so I will still have some good stuff in the garden for the fall.

I had to travel for work today and just got back.  Need to finish up payroll things for tomorrow.

L:  Fajitas(no tortilla) - they are almost gone but have been sooo good!!
S:  BBQ Pork Rinds
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D:  Skinny Taco Dip, Popcorn
S:  Chocolate Truffle Protein Drink

Vitamins:   Done
Water/Fluids:  110 ozs
Miles:  None

I stopped by the store on the way back to work and was really looking at some chocolate chip cookies, but each cookie had 200 calories----WOW.  I put them down and got a bag of BBQ pork rinds that had 80 calories instead - yeah for me.
