Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Phase!

We've been swamped at work with our local schools starting this week.  I'll

Thanks Linda!  It won't be long until yours will be going to Kindergarten.  How is pre-school going? Does she go every day?  I have 2 going to K next year.  I am already trying to figure out how I will get to see both of them get on the bus the first day.

Sounds Good Linda!

She had a really rough first week, but by Friday she was better.  So far this week it has gone good.  She left her lunch on the bus one day so they called her dad and he got them to feed her a school lunch.

Only 3 years old and riding the school bus terrifies me, but DD lives and teaches in another county and SIL has to travel to work and leaves way before daylight so there is no other option right now.  They have someone that sits with her.  She stays in extended day and rides the bus home most days.  I pick her up on Tuesdays to take her to dance.  Atleast she is in school here so if she needs anything Grandma or Granddaddy can go to her school!!

You are right the day does go faster but boy am I tried when I get off of work.   My Manager will be back on Tuesday and things coming across my desk will slow down a bit.

Are these the SF cookies or the real thing?  I was going to make a batch of SF ones last night but I was just to tired and then I regretted it when I was packing my lumch this morning.

Sounds Good!

I use some agave.  Kirmy's recipe is below and I took a picture of them in the link at the bottom:

one large egg
a teaspoon of baking soda
two and a bit tablespoons of almond meal/flour
a massive glug of agave nectar (about 3-4 tablespoons of more if you have a violent sweet tooth like me 6....sorry)
a full cup of peanut butter
two shakes of cinnamon

Mix them together then wet you hands and roll them into balls and stick them on a cookie tray and stick it in a medium over for 10mins. Let them cool for a bit on the tray as they are quite squishy at first then cool them on a rack to harden up.

decaf protein coffee  33g
eggbeaters, tomato, cheese
lemon tea  13g
pork loin, cooked apples
caribbean cooler  13g

I've been really hungry today and have had all of my meals early.  I have also been 116 for the last couple of days.  Does anyone else get hungry as their weight goes down?  I feel like my body is complaining.
