WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Phase!

Happy Tuesday!  I went and picked the girls up fries and chicken sandwich's at Arby's but I stuck with my Chili....but boy did they smell good.

Drove Chili then ran errands.  Came home and planted the fall garden, broccali, kale, collards, lettuce and spinach.  Can't wait to have spinach again.  I love it in my eggs in the morning.

Exercise -none so far-it is the afternoon and I am wishing I did my cardio kickboxing this morning....this morning I said I would do it this afternoon. Feel like I am
on the slippery slope with the monkey bread today and putting off exercise. Gotta get turned around NOW

Hi all, it's good tosee ow everyone is going.

Today for me has been a bit ho hum as I have had awful headache most of the day.

B: oats with skim milk

S: protein shake

L: 5 x mini chicken steamed dim sims

S: protein shake

D: 40grams grilled steak, cauliflower cheese, steamed carrots, steamed broccoli

S: 1/2 punned strawberries

4 cups tea throughout the day, about 1litre water
