Well it's safe to say I'm not losing my hair... But I do believe it's officially stopped growing!!!! Taking vitamins to help any other suggestions?

Extra vitamins such as zinc, selenium and more protein. It won't stop it from falling out or not growing from ketosis and surgery but what grows back should be healthy. :)

My hair loss started really late, around 5-6 months.  I thought I had dodged the bullet.  the good news is that it came back curley.  Woo hoo.  I started Bioten 4 months before surgery and kept it up but still lost hair.  I know it is counter intuitive but message your scalp.  I thought it would make more hair come out and it does get rid of what is coming out anyway, but it also stimulates more growth.
