I am having a hard time getting all my protein in.  I see that people drink a protein tea , is this a hot or cold tea, who makes it?  I also saw matrix cookies, are these real cookies.  Can someone tell me about them.  Thanks.

The lemon tea is made by Syntrax.  It is a nectar Lemon Tea.

I drink mine cold with ice in it.  I put mine in a 20 oz blender bottle, add a bottle of water 16 - 20 ozs, mix in a crystal lite(walmart brand) of the Lemon tea, then add a scoop of the protein powder, mix well, let the foam settle and then add ice.

You can order protein samples from www.vitalady.com

Don't give up if you don't like one, keep trying and eventually you will find one that you like.

Matrix Mint Cookie is a flavor of powder protein.  It has quite a few carbs, so you'd need to be careful of that.  Not a real cookie - sorry.

I don't care for the protein tea, as it tastes like a "sweet tea" and I'm from the North...   I like the fruity ones, grapefruit and fuzzy navel.  I mix them with water.  The teas some folks mix with flavored crystal lite to change it up a bit.

I used the Mint Cookie as a shake or in my decaf coffee.  Yumm
I have done the lemon tea as a hot drink when my pouch was new and liked warm better than cold.  Just do it like you would hot chocolate, protein coffee, etc.  Mix the protein in a small amount of warm water then add to ho****er (hot chocolate, decaf coffee).  These days I usually mix lemon tea with a tube of mango peach and about 3/4c of cold water with a spoon.  Then add ice and more water.  I add about 36-48 oz of water all together so I end up with a big tumbler or water bottle full.  Mixing it with a spoon and adding the water slowly means you don't end up with foam.
