Well it's Monday over here in Oz so here I am day 2 of trying to get myself back into action.
B: Oats with sunflower seeds, sweetner stevia powder, chia seeds
S: Protein Shake with raspberries
L: 5 mini steamed chicken dim sims. (not a great choice but better than it usually is)
S: about 15 almonds & protein shake
D: Chicken casserole and cauliflower cheese bake, steamed broccoli, steamed carrots
S: 6 strawberries
4 cups of tea throughout the day. No drinking with my meals
Maybe, just maybe I can do this. :)

Yes Roz, I do think that not drinking with my meals is helping immensely. So far so good, it I was naughty this morning and had 1spoonful of birthday cake here at work for one of the girls. I made sure I didn't cut a slice and only took one spoonful. I'm trying really hard to make sure I report in here each day as that will keep me honest I hope.
