We did have a great time. Our 7 yr. old DGD couldn't believe all of the kids were her cousins (extended but did go into that).

Looks Great!

Hi Roz,
Hope y'all have a good time at the reunion.  DH went to help someone paint their house today so I was going to have a free day by myself and go shopping and eat lunch out and just mess around, but DD called and needed to take DGD#2 to the doctor and wanted me to go with her so I did.  She has a sinus infection.  We went and had lunch and did the shopping I wanted to do for a wedding gift.  I was looking for some speciality baking items, but couldn't find it where we were.  I did find Garbanzo flour so I guess I will experiment with it.  I like the almond flour, but it is really expensive.  I made some butter cookies with it last night and they are really good.

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L:  French Onion Soup & 7 Pepper sirloin steak salad w/ vineg. dressing

S:  3 Butter cookies made with almond flour
D:  Portabella mushroom pizza(mushroom, pizza sauce, spinach, turkey pepperoni & cheese)
S:  Chocolate Truffle Protein Drink

Vitamins:  Done
Water/Fluids:  100 ozs
Miles:  None except walking and shopping today!!

What's different about this flour? I don't think it would matter what flour I used I would eat to many cookies.  I'm going to make tune flour less PB ones today but they will be divided up and put straight in the freezer.

Lots of variety today!

The almond flour is made from almonds, so it does not have hardly any carbs.  It actually taste pretty good, but is also expensive.  I've done pretty good not spacing them out so far!!
