Question about menus & miles

Ive just got up as its Sunday morning over here and my protein shake with a few raspberries init he mix makes it a nice choc raspberry flavor. I have some raw almonds and there is cheese in the fridge. I have to go grocery shopping so I need to hunt down protein foods. I love fresh veggies so I'll stock up on them. Now the big challenge is no more white carbs, no crackers and no sugar.
Ive weighed myself this morning and I'm 72.5kgs (159.83lbs) eeeek! And I'm only 5'1" so this fat has to go. I'll check in later today and report how I'm going.
