Hi,
I'm not sure when you are considered a light weight? Do you go by weight or bmi or both? My surgery is pending, username Trish06, real name Patricia. I just finished my last jump through the hoops on Friday!

Good morning Gina,
I just noticed your signature so guess I make it. My BMI right now is 39. I hope to get my surgery this fall should everything fall into place. I plan on having the DS with Dr Paul Kemmeter I have a phone consultation with him on Wednesday then it will be the waiting with your fingers crossed for the insurance to say your approved! Thanks for the warm welcome.

I've heard Kemmeter is an excellent DS surgeon and I've met several of his patients IRL. I want to get back up to Michigan so bad!

It will be my first trip to MI. I'm actually from Maine. I talked to a few people here that had him for a surgeon and all had great things to say about him.
