Thanks so much! To be honest, I don't follow any type of plan
I eat most types of food, even pasta once in awhile, just much smaller portions. In fact I had 1 to many bites of mac & cheese last night and it ended up coming back up. Oh well. I take my vitamins and get most of my water in. Never did like to exercise and still don't do it. So, I really do not know the main reason for my success. I just lead a normal life.

No protein drinks for me. Get protein from food. Meats, eggs, cheese and such. I will eat a few mashed potatoes, no plain bread, must be toasted. I won't deprive myself of anything. White rice is a no no also. I am due for my annual next few months so will get labs done. All was good last time.
