I went marathon shopping with DD on Saturday and my knee pain was Awful! I had to take Tylenol PM and 2 Tylenols to get some sleep. I don't know how you runners do it.

S- Greek yogurt with blueberries
D - egg drop soup and beef jerky
S - Greek yogurt ice cream

But CARBS - 74 need to watch those carbs! The blueberry yogurt had sugar in it - rookie mistake! Need to make my own fruit add ins!
