Good day here so far. The scale was back where it usually is this morning. I rode Poppy then went to a demo Zumba class which was 1/2 hr instead of the usual hour so I hit the machines and worked them for another 1/2 hour.

i thought the other day about getting my nails done but I'm afraid between the horses and the garden, its a hopeless case. I bet you are looking beautiful.

I got the stuff to make pizza chips and need to do that this evening.

protein decaf coffee 33g
2 eggs, sprouted grain toast
lemon tea protein 13g
pork chop, green bean/tomato salad
caribbean cooler protein 13g
celery, low fat peanut butter
pork ribs, eggplant
protein shake 33g

Hi,

I don't post often but this thread is motivating to me.  I was wondering what the pizza chips are and if there is a recipe for them??

Thanks!

Karey

i don't cook by recipes and some one else may have that but I will tell you what I do.

I use a couple of bags of low fat cheese, usually one italian, one moterrella.  I mix those with about a half bag of turkey pepperoni, chopped into pretty small pieces, about a heaping teaspoon of Italian seasoning, teaspoon of powdered garlic, one of powdered onion.  I think the original recipe called for sausage crumbles which you can find where the pepperoni is usually but I use sausage TVP, reconstitiuted, instead.  Mix everything together and scoop about 1/4c piles onto parchment paper.  Bake at 350 for about 20 min.  They freeze well or keep in the frig.  Taste like to top of a pizza, yummmmmm and basically is all protein.

Thanks so much!  These sound great.  I'm always trying to find something high protein and low carb and these will work.  I'm going to make some this weekend.  I have everything but the pepperoni.  Can't wait!  Thanks again!

They are delicious! I'm going to leave out the garlic powder next time because I have to talk to clients all day and it left a strong garlic taste in my mouth. I freeze mine in individual baggies and grab one every morning for my lunch box.

After I mix everything up I put a 1/4 cup scoop on a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper.

Congrats on the Scales!!!!  I knew it wouldn't take you long once you got home and back to your norma. routine.  Mine are still holding steady at 118.  I don't know what's up with that because I was at 119 and sliding to 120 occassionally.  I did increase my calories some but nothing major.

It would probably be a waste of time and money if you don't wear gloves all of the time.

I need to leave the garlic out of my pizza chips next time.

Good Variety!

I started with fake nails but after they grow out over time so unless you have them taken off and new ones put on it ends up being your own nails that they finish. At the beginning they might hurt for a week but then you shouldn't notice them at all.   Start with them really short and keep lenghtning them.  It's hard to do things with them at the beginning too but it get used to it. I started getting mine done over 15 years ago for my DD's wedding and I've had them on ever since.  I Ithink I've only had 6 or 7 broken nails in all of those years.

Sounds Good Linda!
