LOL...they are pretty good.  I put mine in the freezer (along with my pizza chips) and only take 1 out every day for my lunch.  I didn't have time to make them after I got the recipe so I guess that's on my list for next weekend.

D- 1/2 cup bean and bacon soup with added deli ham
S - beef jerky

Total calories burned of 160

Toal protein 96
But carbs were 71... Need to do more tweaking here

I love bean and bacon soup!  I ate that almost every day early out. 

Most of your carbs are from all of the beans you had unless there's a lot in the protein cookie you had so I don't see a lot of tweaking being necessary.
