Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!   

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Phase!

Drove to Pittsburgh last night after work only to get there to find out that DH's game is next Monday...UGH.  He said "I know he said it was Monday" well since DH was the only player there I can't believe he even said that.....LOL.

 The scales are still making me smile!

 Happy Smiling Roz!  My scales aren't...  well.. Saturday they did, I haven't had the nerve to get back on them since.  I've been eating kinda bad... yesterday wasn't too bad, but Sat and Sun... yikes!

B - coffee and a Thin Bagel w/spray butter
S - coffee with Click protein
L - greek yogurt w/fuzzy navel protein (1.5 scoops per container, I brought 2)
D - no idea... 

Vits: yes
Water:  will try to do better.

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

You have had a lot going on Jody but I know you can do this!!!   I think I was eating enough so I've increased  the protein that I eat and it seems to be working.

LOL Roz - it would have been more likely if some others showed up also!!

Glad your scales are making you smile.  I need to make some salmon patties and some more pizza chips, I might do that tonight.  I took my big bag of pizza chips to my parents when we went and left them for my dad.  He loved them and last time I brought them home with me and he called and asked what I had done with them said he had looked all through the refrigerator for them-LOL.

I have to remember not to put garlic in my pizza chips next time.  It stays with me all day...LOL.

My olds DGD loves red velvet cake.  She always wants it for her birthday.

Glad your scale was smiling this morning. Mine wasn't but I know what to do. All that bread last week piled up on me. But I am back to my plan and my exercise.

Drove Chili this morning. It is pleasantly cool and I may take the dog for a walk this afternoon. Lots of work stuff to catch up on.

 I made the peanut butter cookies. 1  egg 1 cup Splenda 1 cup natural peanut butter ! Omg! Delicious! I've shared it with everyone I know! My boyfriend loves them too. " the new cookie around the house " he said. Yum! I ate almost a whole cookie! Can't say enough! Except now I need peanut butter . Thanks Roz!
