Me, too, me too. 
Protein shouldn't be an issue, I like the stuff.
Vits, I need to start taking my evening bunch earlier so I can do iron/C before bed.  I forget to do that and then leave off the iron/C.  I'm only suppose to take it 3x a week but I'm not sure I get it in that much. 
It is a beautiful early morning here.  I have tons to catch up with and am going to drive Chili this morning.  Hurray for being home.

I'll do my vites, but only one iron this week - this is per your advice!! ;-)

I may manage 90g of protein today... I'll have to see.

I also promise to myself that I will stay out of the Pecan Shortbread cookies that are in the breakroom calling my name very loudly this morning......

I had an appointment with my PCP this morning.  She went over my labs that I had for my three WLS appointment.  I always bring her a copy of them.  I told her about the advise I got to drink a glass of water before having my labs done to see if my liver enzymes would be normal and she told me to try it - she said she is anxious to see if it does.  She said it would not affect my cholesterol lab work as long as I don't eat food or drink anything sweet.

I have an eye doctors appointment this afternoon and need to get some work done in between these appointments.  This week I must finish payroll and finish the annual report that is due next week.

I need to get back on track with my exercise.  I started taking the Super Magnesium and my legs feel better already - not having the cramping and twitching, but I also have not ran in almost 2 weeks.

Vits in.  I finally got some BA Chewy Bites and leave them on my desk at work.  Of course they taste like a treat and I have NO problem taking them.  I've been taking my iron in my morning pills, the Proefferin.  If I waited till night I wouldn't take it, but I do make sure my calcium is several hours later.  
I have plans for greek yogurt for lunch with a couple of scoops of fuzzy navel protein powder. I brought 2 yogurts, so we'll see.  No one else in the office today, so it makes it easier to stick to plan.

I also have a container of Click in my cube.  It's caseinate protein, so not the best but better than i have been doing.  I think I'll put a scoop in my coffee - get the "double buzz - you're hair is growing" feeling!

I swear I will get all of my vitamins in especially after not getting them all in this past weekend. . .and I swear I will TRY to get all of my protein in!

I'm off to a late start, have been working for 3 hours already and haven't had anything yet. . .the coffeepot is screaming my name!!!!

I'm working on it. Don't have a problem getting protein in usually. It's taking the vitamins. I get the morning vitamins in but I seem to forget the afternoon. Working on a new plan.

Pooey, I messed up!!  I took iron with the eggs I had for breakfast.  I'll have to switch my AM and bedtime vites... at least I realized on my first day ;-)

I'll leave iron until next week.  I'm not worried about it too much as I don't menstruate thanks to Depo injections, and yes I've heard the arguments against Depo - calcium levels, weight gain, but most contraception has a downside and upon evaluation I'm happiest with Depo.
