At least you fought them!!!!!

It is amazing how much easier it is to get back on track after a bad weekend or vacation.  I think one of the reasons is because I am so displined 90% of the time.  I don't have the "i will live for today and diet tomorrow" attitude that I've had in the past or the "I've blown it again" excuse to keep eating.

Good Job!!!

I've been looking locally for the JayRobb bars but haven't found any. I'll have to remember them when I place my next order for Protein.

Jennifer bought her undercabinet lighting this past weekend.  She got some that turn all different colors.  They even blink to music.  It has 14 different modes. At Christmas they can play Jingle Bells and blink red and green.  I think it's a little crazy but she is super excited. The boys will probably enjoy them.

Good menu!
