I don't think that you can get one answer that fits everyone for this question. You have to see what works for you. There are many folks on this board who can hardly tolerate any without gaining weight. There are others (like me) who need some higher levels to help with nasty hypoglycemia. But both groups should keep an eye on them, because they can get out of control so easily.
I agree with Eliza. It's very individual. Part of the challenge of maintenance is learning what your body needs and can tolerate to keep your weight stable. Some people are able to eat more carbs and others gain weight looking at them.
For me I don't worry about the carbs as long as they are from things like dairy, beans, fruits and vegetables. I limit the carbs in whole grains and totally avoid refined carbs, sugar and gluten. When tracking my carbs can be as high as 150 or more, which seems like a lot but doesn't seem to affect me weight wise.
I kept below 50 while losing, up to 100 when close to goal and now I just make sure the carbs I get are from healthy sources.

It depends on how many calories you end up and how active you are.
When I was doing 2000 calories a day on average, I was consuming about 125 g of protein and 175 g of carbs. But now I'm not training for anything and eating a lot less. I'm still getting at least 100 g of protein, but often 125 g, but a lot less carbs.
I tend to eat 1/3 from each macronutrient group by calories.
