Hi Friends,
Some of you may have read a recent post I wrote concerning weight loss prior to surgery. I questioned how I would be able to lose weight when so many diets had already failed. I mentioned that I have been exercising several times a week over the last month. Today I returned to my nutritionist and found that I had lost 6 pounds!
Thank you for your advice and support.
Ellen

Good for you.  And exercise will be so much more fun when you are smaller.  Glad you are getting the exercise bug now because it will make the whole journey better.
