Sunday Weigh In
I suspect I have "fat" weeks...I haven't gone in and figured if there was a pattern but I bet I could. It's not like I've added calories/carbs...One thing about eating in a rut is you know it has to be something else. Many times my dinner is just protein and a veggie. I long ago gave up on the "protein, veggie, starch" on my plate that my Mother was taught.
Either I'll figure it out or my body is just finally happy at this point.

A little late on the weighing but I was rafting in Glacier Park with my family.

I was not good with my protein when camping but I stayed on top of everything else. I need to bring protein bars instead of protein coffee because its just harder to make when your roughing it.
Be careful WHICH protein bars...they are not all created equal.
