Hello to all of our Lightweights!!! If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!! Besides my tool, I count Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Phase!

Sunday mornings are pretty calm around here. Grabbing something quick for breakfast then off to church. It looks like it might be warmer today. I can see a relaxing day with a book on the horizon.


MAINTENANCE...ALMOST 4 YEARS OUT.......

Breakfast: Whole wheat thin bread with Peanut Butter
Protein: Matrix Mint Cookie 35g
Lunch: Tore off a very small portion of DH's Double Cheeseburger and 4 fries
Protein: Syntrax Lemon Tea Protein 23g
Dinner: 1 boneless porkchop (chew, chew, chew) and couple bites of potatoes
Protein: Syntrax Lemon Tea Protein 23g
Snack: 100 Calorie Popcorn (Maybe)

Miles: I am going for a walk today!!!!!!!

LOL - slept in until 5am.  Hope you have a great time on your vacation.  We slept in until 8am this morning at my parents!!

I've been missing the ponies for the past few days but it was cool this morning and I drove Chili and then rode Poppy.  Zumba this afternoon.

It was so cold yesterday we had to wear coats.  Today's not so bad.

We had corn on the cob a week or so ago and we always use real butter on that and it was so good!

Anything chicken sounds good.

The real butter was because I overcooked the bagel and thought it might soften it up - lol. 

I always use the spray butter on corn on the cob.  To me it's just easier.  I love real butter but have pretty much gotten away from using it.

I haven't tried the spray on my corn.  I might just have to do that next time. I love it on my Popcorn.
