It is so cold here today!!!! My Mom wanted to go to the fabric store but it's got to warm up a bit before I can take her out.
Do you fear restaurants? After all of this time I still do if it's someplace I seldom go to. DH was hungry for wings last night so we went to a local place that pretty much fries everything. Just looking at the menu made me feel flushed like I was dumping and I could feel fear (strange) I ended up with shrimp but I only ate about 6 pieces and DH finished them off after he ate all of his wings. I use to LOVE all of that grease and now it makes me cringe inside.

I remember with my GB surgery years ago thinking about how good some kind of food would be then not being able to eat it. It was after that surgery that I finally reached goal with WW because I just couldn't eat. Probably never would have reached goal without the surgery. Enjoy not being hungry, just get your protein and fluid in.
