Hello to all of our Lightweights!!! If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!! Besides my tool, I count Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Phase!

It Friday and I'm sooooo looking forward to the weekend. Nothing major planned but there is always excitement on the verge of happening.

Did you know the first Bantam Jeep was made in our hometown? There are going to be over 1000 jeeps lining the streets of our little town this weekend. It is going to be a nightmare getting anywhere.

Snack: 100 Calorie Popcorn (Maybe)

Miles: I am going for a walk today!!!!!!!

Good morning! I have nothing planned ,but lots of sleep and hangin out with mom. We have been doing a lot of shopping, so walking has not been an issue. I have lost 5 lbs of fat and 3 lbs of water. But I'm not counting fluid weight. I'll take the 5 lbs. Have an awesome weekend!

I love pimento cheese.  I wonder how bad the pimento spread would be for me.

We went to bed early last night. DH slept and I played games on my IPad until my eyes wouldn't stay open any longer.  I have enjoyed the Olympics coverage but I am so ready to watch something else.

Went to my Nut appt this morning then did some retail therapy while in Greenville and headed home.  Work crazyness, rain here so no ponies.
