Before & during pictures....
Thought I would post some pictures since Roz asked.
This picture is at my highest of 239lbs. & 2 months out at about 176lbs.

The next picture was on July 29th at the Green Bay Packer 5k: Countdown to Training Camp I am about 128lbs. there, have lost another 3 lbs. since.

Hope this works. I have been keeping low carb, and just trying to make the most of the honeymoon period. I have had times where I might have had too much sf candy, on occasion, or too much of other legal foods, but have really tried to stay accountable and always post what I eat on Myfitnesspal.

Yay! You look so beautiful and healthy! Congratulations. I don't like to run; I never have. But at one time I was up to 20 miles a week. It is so good for your metabolism. So, I'm thinking about starting it up again. My weightloss has been good but my metabolism is still pretty slow. You are an inspiration to get moving!
