Just wanted to drop by and tell you how much I appreciate the menus and miles posts. I am pre op and I am starting a notebook for post surgery with many of the menu ideas posted here. Thank you for the work you do on this forum.

I probably post more for me than anyone else...LOL!  So many quit posting after they are at goal but the LW board is my only support group and I have come to Love my LW's!!! I believe in paying backwards for all of the help that I received as a newbie.
