Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!   

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Phase!

Hi Roz -- no idea what to have for dinner tonight. DH has to work so maybe scrambled eggs and toast. Seems to work for DD. might stop for strawberries on the way home. I'm surprising her and invited a friend from school over to play tomorrow night. She wil be thrilled! I guess I should pick up the house a bit tonight, too! Quiet weekend ahead. YAY!

Have you ever tried tuna fish in your scrambled eggs?   YUMMY!!  I add noodles and butter too for the rest of the family.  It is my girls favorite dish and now the grandbabies love it too.

Sounds Good!  I hope you got giggles and laughs when you announced your surprise!

Posted those pictures for you Roz. 
I still don't feel as skinny as my pant size says...I am wearing a size 6.  It still seems insane to me.  I guess my head has to play catch up.  I still feel strange shopping in regular stores, so I tend to stay with the upscale neighborhoods that have Goodwills, as I get great name brands for cheaper.

YEAH!   I can't wait to check them out!   This whole thing does seem insane but I haven't felt to "Normal" in years!  Our Goodwills are terrible.  I was thinking I need to go to one closer to Pittsburgh.

I had my stuff in the car to go to swim after my meetings but ended up back at home because of storms and needing to get some work done before everyone left their offices.  Still didn't get everything done.  Maybe I can get to the pool tomorrow.

We had terrible lightning storms last night.  Today (Friday)  it is going to be in the 70's and 70% chance of rain.

DD#3 and I used to go to Olive Garden for the all you can eat soup and breadsticks all of time.  I haven't been there since surgery.  Good Memories but I have different Goals now and I'm much happier.

I'm going to have to try your eggbeaters combo....sounds good for summer.

Hi Roz,
I am at my parents house until Sunday so eats are no telling what for the next few days!!  I had my 3 year surgeon's appointment today.  I was there from 3:30 until about 5:45pm.  He will spend all the time in the world with you, but of course being like that really messes up the appointment schedule, then I had to see the NUT.  It was a great visit.

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee

L:  Meatloaf, bites of okra, butter beans, squash, corn, cornbread
D:  Same as lunch
S:  Angel food cake w/ strawberries & ff whip cream
