Good Morning. 5 year surgiversary today

Let's see...comorbidities going in were diabetes, sleep apnea, high blood sugar, cholesterol and blood pressure, degenerative disk disease in my back with lots of pain. Today, all of those are resolved, or in the case of the back pain, mostly resolved. I thank my lucky stars that I still have my gall bladder and have had no kidney stones....{knocking on wood}.
When I first started researching and came to OH, I joined the lightweight board first and the DS board second. Good grief we DSrs loved the drama and surgery wars back then! The lightweight board has been and still is a safe haven and totally supportive group, and I like it this way.
I've made so many friends in the past 5 years and I cannot tell you how different that is for me. Love my lightweights!
