Surgery date!!!!

 

I just got my Surgery date!

It is August 30th-  at least I got it in august and they set it up that if anyone cancels or postpones surgery  between the 22nd and 29  I can  take their spot, cause I will have all my other stuff completed. 

I have lost 3 pounds since my nutritionist appt visit last Thursday, eating healthy and cutting out the carbs and caffine.  I have been on the stationary bike and gardening and doing anything I can to keep moving.   Accountibility does help as someone else said today!

I am so very excited and wanted to share the good news before I head home from the Office in the Atlanta Traffic.  Should be fun because of a major Thunderstorm.

Congratulations on getting a date set! Very exciting to think about the changes ahead and having a date makes it feel so much more real.
