how many of you have problems with milk?

I used Lactaid at first but the intolerance phase passed pretty quickly and now I use 1/2 & 1/2 and water to mix my shakes. Make sure your shake's first ingredient is whey protein isolate--there's little or no lactose in whey isolate.

I didn't realise I was having trouble with milk thought it was from the surgery. Just switched this week to plain almond milk.  Took lactaid with my milk and was still having some probs.  Has anyone tried raw milk?

Milk powder was an issue pre-op and still is now.  I'm OK with milk in fermented form (ie cheese and yogurt) and I also use lacto free or goat's cream.
