moving right along!
Hi Everyone,
My name is Ellen. I found out today that I have gotten clearance from the psychologist, cardiologist, GI, and Pulmonary doc. All that is left is several visits with the nutritionist. As I posted before, I am having a hard time getting on track with weight loss, although I have been exercising almost daily. Today when I saw my gyn for my annual I actually turned my back to the scale because I can't stand to look at the number(even though I know about what it is).
I am getting so much support from reading all of your posts and I thank you.
E.K.

Yep, sounds like you are moving right along. I remember years when the only time I weighted was at the Dr and it was always horrible and I always knew I was going to get scolded. Now I hop on gleefully, excited to see what it says. You will get there too. congrats on your decision for health.
