L: Amy's burrito+berries

    apple if needed
D: 3 oz chicken + 1/2 C or less whole wheat pasta--usually can't eat the whole amt
     brocoli

I haven't been able to eat an entire 1/2 c pasta with meat and vegetable.  Should probably cut it to 1/4 or 1/3 c so I can get all my protein in before I get full.

Hi guys,

MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)

S - Fage Greek yogurt w/blueberries and protein coffee (30g)

S - JayRobb protein bar and a protein shake (30g)

D - (going out before support group)

 2nd day on booboo bus...
B: 1 egg veggie omlete
S:1/2 cup raisin bran crunch with skim milk
L: grilled chicken with mushrooms, peppers, onions and spinach... With a balsamic sauce
S: watermelon and peach lactose free yogurt(yogurt was a fail)
