I woke up early this morning and soooo craving a Protein drink. I thought that was really strange until I remembered I was so exhausted when we got home last night that I went straight to bed without having one. I use to crave home fries, french toast, pancakes or cereal in the morning (maybe a variety)...so glad those days are gone!
MAINTENANCE...ALMOST 4 YEARS OUT.......

Protein: Matrix Mint Cookie
Lunch: Salmon Cake and grapes
Protein: Syntrax Lemon Tea Protein 23g
Snack: 1 piece of SF candy
Dinner: Pork and 1/2 cup Cheesy Potatoes
Protein: Syntrax Lemon Tea Protein 23g
Snack: 100 Calorie Popcorn (Maybe)
Miles: I am going for a walk today!!!!!!!

L: leftover chicken tikka masala (NO rice!) 26 g protein still 14 g carbs
D: ? protein only. maybe cheese or eggs or both :-)

Roz, 2 questions. 1) how do we feel about Iced tea? At our hospital there is a Subway with vitamin enriched unsweetened iced tea. It is so yummy. 2) I have been very bad about my vitamins for the last 6-7 weeks. (Im calling this time in my life "the fall") Now I have bleeding gums. I've started back on my regimen but what do I need to concentrate on to stop that problem. I just went to the dentist before "the fall" and I don't have gingivitis at all. Its got to be a vitamin thing.

I will be posting everyday (as much as possible) as my downfall--CARBS--have wiggled their way back into my eating plan. Carbs up and water intake down. Bad, Bad, Bad.

DGD#2 did so good at gymnastics yesterday. She listened and did what they told her and never got mad!! She thought she was going home with me to spend the night since I came to watch her - she got upset then. I promised her a spend the night party in a couple of weeks and she was fine!! They are so funny.
Guess it is getting closer to move out time for your DD and her family.

I had protein cake last night instead of the shake and slept through the night, no getting up to pee. I knew the shake was contributing and hate to give it up but it sure was good to sleep all night.
