L: 1 slice rye bread+2 oz pastrami +1 oz LF swiss cheese
1/2 C mixed berries

S: SF popsicles
Ran 5 miles Saturday and 6 miles Sunday. Today was one of my two days of rest. Going
to bed early so I can get up and run a few tomorrow before work.
I keep track of my protein on my days off.... I'm here for 48 hrs straight at a time then off 96.... It's a little harder to do here because we are on the go....but I had more chicken on my cauliflower pizza last night... I hit right about 65 for the day.....
S: decaff coffee w lactofree cream
L: 1/2 quiche no crust (15g)
S: 50g dry roast nuts (14g)
S: 2 fish sticks (2g)
D: Chicken Kiev (29g)
P: 70g
F: 64oz
V: got my 3 multis in (will do Vitalady when the order arrives)
E: none, DH said my parents have to take me for a walk tomorrow! ;-)
