Good Morning. Are you taking your vitamin K's?

I don't think my surgeon checks Vitamin K either.  I'm going Thursday for my 3 year appointment and I'm going to ask about it.  I do not take any additional K.  Do we get it through any food or anything??

Working today.  Going to visit my people at the nursing home at lunch today.  Need to pick up DH's medicine at lunch also since he is helping tear out our bathroom shower.  Looks like rain again this afternoon so probably no exercise outside today.

I've been taking K2 for a while now.  I had read that it might be helpful to bone density.  Haven't had a dexa scan for a while.  Think I'm due.

I've had my K tested twice - and the first time it was right on the low of the border - 2nd time after supplementing it was in the middle.

BUT - my insurance WON'T pay for the K test - so I've been stuck with the $75 it costs each time.  Not a happy camper here...
