There are tons of recipes for these oopsie things, you can use then as buns, breads, make them sweet for desserts. The secret is to beat the egg whites until they are very very stiff and not stir the other ingredients into it too much. The crumb cake is delicious. I substituted low fat cream cheese, used I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, used Splenda Brown Sugar, instead of almond flour I used 1 cup CarbQuick. I made mine in a round Spring Form pan, it is probably thicker than if you cook it in an 8x8 square pan. It took about 50 minutes for it to cook since it was so thick. I cut mine into about 14 pieces. I would rather have it without the glaze.
