I think I miss led you ladies.  the sausage, onions and pepper were not part of the zuchinni casserole.  They sausage stuff was just keilbasa, onions and sweet banana peppers cooked together.  The zuchinni was a pretty normal zuchinni casserole.  I don't cook my zuchinni first, just slice it into layers, salt and pepper each layer and add some cheddar.  Then over the last layer, I pour eggs, cottage cheese, a little milk and cheddar that I have blended until smooth.  I want to try it with feta like you had done.

Thanks Price, The sausage, onions & peppers still sound really good.  I'll have to try that this week if i can get some sausage.

I wish you lived closer - I have 3/4 of the squash casserole left - DH wouldn't even taste it.....
