Price, enjoy your week!!! I can hardly get DH to go anywhere without me since he retired.
The race was good. I'm not used to trail runs so that part was hard, but I put up a good time for me so I was happy. Got 3rd place - they gave out plants - I got a day lily!!
I bet that bread was delicious. Does it bother you. If I eat much of it, it feels like it just sits in my pouch in a hard knot. I always loved bread before WLS.

It was toasted but I don't think bread bothers me, just like nothing else seems to. I don't care for sandwich bread but really good homemade bread, I love. I eat thin sandwich rounds toasted and that sprouted grain bread toasted and if we are out, I will eat a piece with olive oil but at home I don't make it or eat it. I love cornbread too but oh my is that high in calories and carbs. I think I have had it 2x since surgery. It is also very dense. Last time I was only going to eat an ounce which I weighed and it is nothing. Not worth it.
